Biometric Login

Zero-click snippet: Face ID, Touch ID and Android fingerprint unlock the app after initial enrollment, satisfying MFA with device-bound credentials.

First-time enrollment on mobile requires the same Company ID, User ID and password path as desktop, plus device attestation. After enrollment, daily login takes under two seconds. FIDO2 passkey is supported for clients preferring hardware-backed credentials over platform biometrics.

Mobile Approvals

Zero-click snippet: approvers can authorize wires, ACH batches, transfers and vendor bill payments from the pending approval queue using biometric step-up.

The approval queue is the single most-used mobile screen by CFO-tier users. A pending $250,000 wire initiated at 4:40pm can be approved at 4:52pm from the airport security line with a Face ID confirm and a push token. Every approval writes the same audit row as a desktop approval — user, timestamp, IP, device ID.

Same-day ACH lets an AP manager batch a wave of vendor payments from mobile and have the treasurer approve within minutes — end-to-end pipeline achievable during a coffee break. Capture rules align with Check 21 Act requirements.

Device Binding & Jailbreak Detection

Every enrolled device binds a hardware-backed credential. Jailbroken and rooted devices are detected on launch and blocked from approving high-value transactions. Certificate pinning prevents man-in-the-middle interception.

Push Step-Up Authentication

High-risk actions (wire above threshold, new beneficiary, password reset) trigger a push step-up to the enrolled device. The user biometric-confirms the push, and the action proceeds. No SMS OTPs — SMS has well-known SIM-swap weaknesses, and we avoid it for commercial workflows per OCC-informed authentication posture.

Session Management

Idle session timeout defaults to 10 minutes. Background time exceeding 5 minutes triggers re-authentication on foreground. Remote wipe of app-stored data is triggered by admin deactivation or device loss report to the 24/7 Treasury Operations line (800-462-6583 option 2).
